Terumah: “Offering”
Exodus 25:1 - 27:19

Let My children come
with open heart and gift in hand

Treasures of gold and silver

Linens woven in fine color

Wood of the acacia tree

Skins of dolphin and gentle goat

And with the anticipation of a child
build for Me a place to dwell

The sacred ark of our eternal covenant

That you may always find Me among you
and we shall forever journey as one

And in this sacred tent
place the Holy of Holies

The tablets I shall give you

Yes commandments
more a map to find your way home

That there you shall know not what I expect of you

But what I ask
you my children

In your rising and resting
planting and sowing

That together we may be one

For I am your G-d

And each day I call you My own
