HARRY SPEISER - 105 YEARS YOUNG!
On April 5, 2025, we celebrated the 105th birthday of synagogue member Harry Speiser. Harry's energy, focus, enthusiasm, and storytelling belie his triple digit age. In place of the traditional sermon, Rabbi Strom interviewed Harry and had a wide-ranging conversation with him that we called "100+ Years of Wisdom." During the interview, Harry shared his recipe for a long and happy life, which includes learning from all experiences, keeping an open mind, and not going to sleep angry, among several other ingredients. The first minute of audio isn't great, but the rest is. Mazel Tov to Harry and may he live to 120!
