Shabbat Peace A voice in the calm evening breeze gently calls my name, How the shinning and answering moon glimmers across cloudless skies Ah, how this restful lullaby opens joyful Sabbath gates. Tonight, celestial chords lift my soul to the Creator's healing light. I walk along ancient stones feeling their inviting rhythm, Stars excitingly await to be seen, Aye, I trek along, opening my eyes to the new horizon. Alas, my soul echoes in lyrics of praise, Rabbi Tad Berga (Rabbi Tad Berga is a published writer and poet who holds an MA from the University of Oxford, England, the MTS from Duke, and his rabbinical ordination from the Rabbinical Seminary. He is a board certified chaplain and bereavement counselor who currently serves Seasons Hospice in Pinellas, Florida.)
